Legal Experience
Ruth has over 30 years of experience mediating,
arbitrating, litigating, and counseling organizations and individuals
regarding issues arising under employment relations and labor laws.
She is knowledgeable regarding claims of wrongful termination, wage-and-hour and executive
compensation disputes, all forms of employment discrimination, sexual
harassment, breach of employment contract and other disputes arising
out of the employment relationship. Ruth has also mediated commercial
disputes as Special Master, Appellate Division First Department
Pre-Argument Program and in private litigated matters.
